The hotel offers lovely, huge, comfortable, and modern rooms with every amenity you could think of, making for a relaxing stay. However, the housekeeping service was a bit late in attending to the rooms. The service was generally good, ensuring a magical experience overall. The location, while stunning and serene by the Indian Ocean, had some odd design choices. The dining options were fantastic with a wide selection, although some aspects could be improved. The facilities, including the impeccably maintained grounds and pools, were a pleasure to use.

I was drawn to this hotel because of the beautiful pictures, endless pools, and impeccable rooms. The landscaping is beautifully thought through, and the swimming pool is breathtaking. My stay couldn't have been better!

During my stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the spacious, clean rooms with a captivating balcony view of the ocean, perfect for feeling the coastal vibe of Kenya. However, the actual room appearance did not match the pictures. The service was attentive, although at times slightly pushy, especially from the chefs in the seafood restaurant. The location was conveniently close to Ukunda airstrip and had a unique concept for an additional cost. Dining was a delightful experience with a wide selection of food choices. The facilities met my expectations, offering a comfortable and memorable stay.

The rooms are exactly what I hoped for - light, airy, and well-furnished, more like full apartments with huge bathrooms and living spaces. Everything was cleaned, and bed sheets were changed every day. However, the service felt more like a one size fits all approach, lacking individualized attention, and the dining experience left much to be desired with limited options. The location is convenient, a short walking distance to the local shopping center. The facilities were top-notch, especially the cascading pool, despite minor lighting issues at the buffet area.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were not only very clean and spacious but also wonderfully decorated, offering a magnificent sea view near the pool. The service was outstanding, from being warmly welcomed by Kellen Kithinji, Rally Joseph Airo, Soila, Beverly, Naomi to enjoying a delicious omelette cooked by Hilda. The location was equally beautiful, especially the cascading pool, and all the staff, like Salmin Chungwa, were exceptionally helpful. The dining experience was top-notch, with a lavish spread and active cooking stations for eggs and waffles/pancakes. I absolutely loved my time at this hotel.
